Richard Meadows and Kelley Price are the principals of ALPS Price Meadows Incorporated. Rick and Kelley are most closely involved in the start-up or transitional phases of a fund. While ALPS Price Meadows does not provide legal or tax advice, Rick and Kelley have been in the hedge fund business since 1982 and lend their experience to assist you and your legal counsel in the determination of the overall structure of your fund, the descriptions of its accounting procedures, and provide a sounding board for the narrative and risk disclosure sections of your documents. Rick graduated with a degree in business from the University of Idaho and has an MBA from Washington State University. Kelley has a bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.

Frank Duffy, Vice President of Business Development, joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2002 and heads up business development. Frank’s resume includes sales and strategic partnership management roles at Computer Associates, IBM, Oracle, and Exodus Communications. Frank has a B.A. in International Business from Washington State University/ University of Copenhagen.

Jason Cholewa joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2004, and serves as the East Coast Business Development Associate. In 2004, Jason graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Western Washington University.
Julie O'Neal, Executive Vice President, has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 1986. Julie supervises the Audit and Internal Controls Team and oversees all internal operations. She also works on the development team making system and programming upgrades. Julie graduated cum laude in 1986 from Washington State University with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Mathematics.
Sheri McMullin, Senior Vice President, has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 1990. Sheri manages the New Accounts Transition Team and guides all new clients through the set-up process. Additionally, Sheri maintains the company books and oversees human resources. Sheri graduated in 1990 with an Associate of Arts degree from Shoreline Community College with an emphasis in Finance and Computers.
Allyson Anderson has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 1996. Allyson supervises the portfolio accounting team. She also coordinates brokerage reporting set-up with all new and existing clients to ensure automation for the retrieval of portfolio related reporting and data. Additionally, Allyson assists with planning, implementation, maintenance and support for the firm's technology systems. Allyson majored in Mathematics at Washington State University.
Myunghee Chung, CPA, has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 2000. Myunghee is the Audit and Tax Manager. She oversees the financial reporting of all client funds and assists the internal staff with qualitative issues. She manages the audit and tax work, working closely with the auditors and CPAs engaged by client-funds. Additionally Myunghee assists the development team by designing system upgrades. A former financial analyst in her native Korea, Myunghee evaluated commercial loans for National Australia Bank in Seoul. She acquired her CPA in 2000 before graduating with Honors from the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon. She also has an M.A. in Management Information Systems from Sogang University (1993) and a B.A. in Business Administration from Ewha Women's University (1991) in Seoul, Korea. Myunghee is currently working to earn her M.A. in taxation from the University of Washington.
Angela Edwards has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 2001 and is the Internal Controls Manager. She assists fund administrators with all domestic and offshore fund partnership accounting issues. Angela oversees all liquidations, funds in transition, fund closures and develops solutions for issues regarding unusual fund structures, such as those related to complex fee structures, sidepockets, etc. Angela is a former divisional accountant for Chicago Title Insurance Company, where she oversaw all the branch accountants in her division. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Seattle University in 1998.
Daisy Hall, CPA, joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2003. Daisy manages the fund administration department, which includes supervising the Administration Team's work and training on administrative topics. She is in charge of administrator production and allocation of workloads. Daisy acquired her CPA in 1995, graduated with a B.A. in Anthropology from Northwestern University and has an M.A. in Accounting from New Mexico State University.
Reed O'Neal joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2004. Reed designs and implements computer solutions as Programmer/Analyst. He provides database, automation and conversion support. In 1987, Reed earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Jennifer Nordberg has been with ALPS Price Meadows since 2001. Jennifer manages the portfolio accounting systems and provides client service and support. Jennifer is also involved with partnership/fund and offshore accounting and helps maintain ledgers and financial records. She assists with year-end audit preparation for all funds. In addition, Jennifer handles the firm's creative design and marketing support materials for clients. She joined ALPS Price Meadows after graduating with Honors from George Fox University with a B.A. in Business and Economics.
Young Cho joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2002. Young manages the portfolio accounting systems and provides client service and support. Young is also involved with partnership/fund accounting and helps maintain ledgers and financial records. In addition, he assists with mid-year and year-end audit preparation for all funds. Young was an auditor at Ernst & Young before he joined ALPS Price Meadows. In 2000, Young received his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Seattle University.
Meechel Munger joined ALPS Price Meadows in 2003. Meechel provides client service and accounting support as a fund administrator. She is involved in partnership/fund accounting and helps maintain ledgers and financial records for both domestic and offshore clients. Additionally, Meechel manages one of the portfolio accounting systems, and assists with mid-year and year-end audit preparations. Meechel graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Texas A & M University.
Kristen Weiss joined ALPS Price Meadows in early 2005 as a fund administrator providing client service and accounting to domestic hedge funds and fund of funds. She is involved in partnership/fund accounting and helps maintain ledgers and financial records. Kristen also assists with year-end audit preparations. She graduated in 2004 from Central Washington University with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Tylor Laigo has been with ALPS Price Meadows since January 2006 as a fund administrator. Tylor is involved in partnership/fund accounting and helps maintain ledgers and financial records for both the domestic and offshore funds. Tylor also provides client service and assists with the year end audit. Tylor acquired his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Washington State University in December 2005.
Shane Crea joined the ALPS Price Meadows team in February of 2006. He is a fund administrator providing client service and support to domestic hedge funds. Additionally, he is involved in the partnership/fund accounting and helps with audit preparation. Shane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
Sarah Julian has been providing fund administration for domestic hedge funds and fund-of-funds since June of 2006. She provides partnership/fund accounting and maintains ledgers and financial records. In addition, Sarah assists with mid and year-end audit preparations. Majoring in Accounting, with a minor in Business Administration, Sarah received her B.A. from Western Washington University in 2005.
Tanya Bertram joined the ALPS Price Meadows team in January of 2007. As a fund administrator, she provides client services and support, maintaining ledgers and financial records for domestic and offshore funds. Tanya graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University in December 2006.
Mindy Esser joined ALPS Price Meadows in June of 2006. As a member of the portfolio accounting team, Mindy assists in gathering and balancing our clients' portfolios, data integration and reconciliation. She also provides support with the year end audit preparation by assisting independent auditors with field work and tax reporting. In 1996, Mindy earned her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from North Idaho College.
Daren Lewis joined the team in January 2007 as a Portfolio Accountant, where he is responsible for data integration between brokers and portfolio software plus reconciliation. He assists in the year end accounting by providing reports needed for audit preparation, assisting independent auditors with field work testing and tax reporting. Daren came to us from Boston where he gained experience working for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Fund Accountant. He majored in Business with a concentration in Finance at the University of Maine.
PK Stremic joined the ALPS Price Meadows Incorporated Technology Team as the Systems and Infrastructure Manager in January of 2006. PK brings to ALPS Price Meadows many years of business support experience in network operations, telecommunications, building management and business operations after consulting in the Pacific Northwest region. PK holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
Andrea Harcharik joined ALPS Price Meadows in early 2004. As a member of the transition team, Andrea guides all new clients through the setup process, by explaining procedures, checklists, forms and form-letters, so they can confidently accept investors. She sets up the partnership books in GLASSTM, and assists the Portfolio Team with brokerage account setup for new funds. In addition, Andrea assists the disaster recovery team with daily data backups. Andrea studied Mathematics while attending the University of Washington.
Carrie BeCraft joined the ALPS Price Meadows team in August 2006. She is a member of the Client Services Division and serves as Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, performing the functions of offshore registrar and transfer agent for our offshore fund clients. She has over 20 years of experience in administration and recordkeeping.
Rachel Huey joined the ALPS Price Meadows team in January 2005. She specializes in client services as Fundnumbers.com web access and serves as our human resources coordinator as well as overseeing the general office management. Rachel graduated with a B.A. degree from Northwest University.
